Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time via “Manage subscription” in Settings — you keep the paid features until the end of the paid period, with no further charges.
If the service did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the last payment. No forms, no questions beyond what went wrong.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
The free plan requires no card, so you can evaluate the service before paying.
